Newly Opening International Clinic
Position Level: Manager / Senior Executive (depending on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

Our client is a well-established premium medical clinic group in Singapore. They are seeking a proactive and driven Marketing Manager / Business Development Manager to support the growth of their newly launched International Clinic, which focuses on serving foreign patients, expatriates, international corporates, and premium clientele.

This role will lead marketing initiatives, manage patient enquiries and follow-ups, and drive new corporate partnerships to increase patient flow and clinic visibility.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Brand Development

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the new International Clinic.
  • Create marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional materials across digital and offline channels.
  • Propose and execute ideas to increase brand awareness domestically and internationally.
  • Work with internal teams or external agencies on content, design, and advertising.

2. Patient Acquisition & Follow-Up

  • Manage new patient enquiries from various channels (walk-in, email, online platforms, corporate referrals).
  • Handle patient follow-up, appointment scheduling coordination, and service touchpoints to ensure a premium patient experience.
  • Track and analyse patient source, behaviour, and feedback to improve conversion.

3. Corporate Business Development

  • Identify and engage potential corporate clients, international companies, embassies, insurers, and partners.
  • Present clinic services and develop B2B relationships to drive corporate health screening, GP services, and expatriate healthcare.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and key decision makers.
  • Drive corporate acquisition strategies to meet business growth targets.

4. Market Insights & Strategic Growth

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Propose innovative ideas to strengthen the International Clinic's positioning.
  • Monitor KPIs and support management with regular performance reporting.

Candidate Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in marketing, business development, healthcare, hospitality, or service-related industries.
  • Experience in medical/healthcare marketing is an advantage but not mandatory.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong marketing knowledge (digital marketing, campaign planning, social media, branding).
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to manage patient interactions professionally and sensitively.
  • Independent, proactive, and able to propose new ideas and solutions.
