Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels - client visits, networking events, and etc.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver recruitment solutions that meet client needs.
• Proactively explore market trends to identify potential clients and new service opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Business Development or Recruitment Sales in Engineering / Construction / Oil and Gas (PCM Sector) is strongly preferred.
• Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for growth and success.
• CEI or KAH license mandatory
