Roles &Responsibilities

Innowave Tech Pte Ltd is expanding into these miconductor and advanced manufacturing sector and is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to support business growth, client engagement, and partnership development in this strategic industry.

The role is suitable for individuals with strong business development or enterprise sales experience in the technology sector who are looking to deepen their expertise in a high-growth, AI-driven environment through structured training and real project exposure.

What You'll Do

  1. Support business development activities to achieve sales targets and business objectives, working closely with senior team members.
  2. Identify and develop new business opportunities across existing accounts and potential clients.
  3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential leads.
  4. Participate in client meetings, site visits, and industry events to build relationships and support business growth initiatives.
  5. Understand client needs and challenges to help tailor suitable AI-driven solutions with internal Product and Solutions teams.
  6. Support pre-sales activities, including proposal preparation, solution coordination, and client engagement.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners through consistent communication and follow-ups.
  8. Assist in commercial discussions and contract coordination, ensuring proper documentation and internal alignment.
  9. Participate in a structured Company-Led Training (CLT) programme designed to accelerate capability development in business development and semiconductor-focused industries through on-the-job training (OJT), mentorship, and structured learning.
  10. Gain exposure to real client projects, market expansion initiatives, and strategic business activities in a high-growth environment.

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR only (due to project requirements).

Technical Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or marketing in the technology or related industries.
  • Experience in B2B or enterprise sales environments is preferred.
  • Exposure to semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or industrial technology sectors is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with AI, data analytics, or digital transformation solutions is a plus.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
