Job Description

About the Role:

We are partnering with a leading global industrial technology platform to hire a Sales Lead for the manufacturing sector across Asia. The role focuses on driving enterprise growth by translating advanced industrial IoT, data analytics, and energy optimisation capabilities into tangible business value

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy targeting enterprise manufacturing clients across Asia.
  • Identify, qualify, and close complex, multi-site deals, collaborating with technical pre-sales and solution teams.
  • Build consultative relationships with C-level and operational executives, translating technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives with clients, positioning the platform as a solution for production efficiency, predictive maintenance, and energy optimisation.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM updates while providing strategic insights to leadership.


Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B enterprise technology sales experience, preferably within industrial automation, MES, or process control.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing KPIs (OEE, downtime, throughput, quality) and operational challenges.
  • Experience selling complex SaaS or digital solutions integrated with operational technology (OT) systems.
  • Proven ability to engage plant directors, Heads of Manufacturing, and senior operations leadership in consultative sales cycles.
  • Willingness to travel across the APAC region
