Your Adventure Ahead

    • This is a role with our latest product: ShopBack Pay - a new initiative that helps customer earns Cashback in the offline/online world.
    • Involve in the development and execution of the company's strategy for acquiring merchant partners for ShopBack Pay
    • To establish and execute the company's plan in acquiring merchant partners
    • Conduct comprehensive market research and identify potential clients within our target categories
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and stay ahead
    • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, gaining insights into their needs and challenges.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of ShopBack Pay initiatives
    • Provide ongoing support to merchant partners, understanding their expectations and optimizing their experience with ShopBack Pay
    • Manage relationships with channel partners to enhance the reach and effectiveness of our business development efforts

Essentials to Succeed

    • Minimum 2 years of Business Development / Account management experience in the F&B tech space
    • Strong interpersonal skills with good analytical skills
    • A self-starter and motivated individual with can't-is-not-an-option attitude. A problem-solver who's not discouraged by failure or mistakes
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy
    • Hungry and driven to be part of the process of building a successful business in a startup environment.
    • Passionate about being part of an exciting new team that wants to make a meaningful impact in the region
