About SeedRock

SeedRock Asia Pte. Ltd. is a Monetary Authority of Singapore regulated multi-family office and licensed fund manager (CMS100959), serving ultra-high-net-worth families and institutional clients across two practice pillars: Private Wealth and Family Governance, and Institutional Mandates.

Our positioning is deliberate: Institutional Sovereignty - the corporate office for your family. We exist to give UHNW principals the governance discipline, investment rigour, and institutional infrastructure ordinarily reserved for sovereign wealth funds and the largest endowments, applied at the scale of a single family or a small group of families.

SeedRock is independent. We hold no proprietary product, carry no distribution agenda, and answer only to the families and institutions that retain us. As the firm scales, origination is becoming a discipline in its own right - distinct from relationship management - and we are building a dedicated hunting function to support it.

The Role

We are looking for a connected, credible originator to join SeedRock as a Business Development Manager, focused purely on opening doors: introducing ultra-high-net-worth principals and family office decision-makers to SeedRock, and converting those introductions into qualified client relationships for our Private Asset Management team to take forward.

This is a deliberately distinct role from SeedRock's Relationship Manager track. A Hunter does not hold or manage a client book - your job is to find the relationship, make the introduction, and bring SeedRock's proposition to people who would genuinely benefit from it. Once a client is onboarded, the relationship is handed to an RM for ongoing management you move on to the next introduction.

Key Responsibilities

. Originate and qualify new UHNW client introductions and family office leads, building a consistent pipeline of warm prospects for SeedRock's Private Asset Management team

. Leverage and actively expand an existing network across UHNW individuals, family offices, and the accountants, lawyers, and other professionals who serve them

. Run an initial qualification process on each introduction - establishing fit, scale, and intent before handing the relationship to an RM for full onboarding

. Meet quarterly origination targets, measured against qualified AUM or deal value introduced to the platform

. Represent SeedRock's institutional positioning credibly in first conversations - clients should leave the first meeting with a clear sense of what makes SeedRock different from a private bank

. Work closely with the Executive Director, Private Asset Management, to ensure a clean and well-briefed handover of every qualified introduction

. Maintain a disciplined personal pipeline log, providing visibility on origination activity and conversion at all times

Candidate Profile

. A genuine, active network among ultra-high-net-worth individuals or family offices - this is the single non-negotiable requirement for the role

. We are deliberately open to non-traditional origination talent: relationship-rich professionals (accountants, lawyers, corporate bankers with UHNW relationships), returning Singaporean diaspora from overseas finance careers, and business owners right hands (CFOs or chiefs of staff to UHNW families) are all strong fits, alongside conventional private banking backgrounds

. Comfortable being measured purely on origination outcomes, without the security or upside of managing a long-term client book

. Polished, credible, and able to represent an institutional brand convincingly in a first meeting with a sophisticated principal

. Self-directed and resilient - origination is a long-cycle activity and this role rewards consistency over time, not single big wins

. Unblemished regulatory record and clean professional history, verifiable through standard background and reference checks

Compensation

This role is structured to reward consistent, credible origination rather than book management. Compensation is salary-led, with a directed annual bonus tied to origination performance against quarterly targets.

. Fixed base salary of SGD 7,000 to 9,000 per month, calibrated to network strength and origination track record

. Quarterly targets set against AUM or deal value originated and successfully onboarded

. Directed annual bonus, assessed against cumulative origination performance across the year

. This compensation reflects an expectation of an active, existing UHNW or family office network from day one - it is priced for a credible operator, not for a network still being built
