As a Business DevelopmentManager (Hospitality), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
- Prospect and onboard new corporate, relocation, and extended-stay clients.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Negotiate corporate rate agreements and long-term stay contracts.
- Partner with HR teams, global mobility agencies, and project-based organisations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to inform sales strategy.
- Collaborate with revenue teams on pricing recommendations and demand planning to achieve KPIs.
- Represent the brand at industry events and work with marketing to boost visibility.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-up on all leads.
- Deliver regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance forecasts.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in hotel, serviced apartment, or hospitality industry.
