Your new role

An entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to drive growth across our fund and wealth management platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong network across APAC, deep industry knowledge, and a proven ability to originate and convert new business opportunities. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base, enhancing brand visibility, and delivering tailored solutions to fund managers and family offices.

• Identify and engage fund managers, wealth managers, and family offices seeking regulatory hosting and platform solutions
• Leverage existing networks across Asia-Pacific to uncover new business opportunities and diversify revenue streams
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring consistent quarterly growth
• Develop and execute a structured business development plan with clear milestones and follow-ups
• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance visibility and market presence
• Actively contribute to thought leadership and market positioning initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 5 years in business development, campaign management, or product management within the fund, wealth, or financial services industry
  
• Experience across both B2B and B2C environments is preferred
  
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline
  
• Strong understanding of alternative funds, structured products, and wealth solutions
  
• Familiarity with CMS licensing, MAS regulations, fund structures, and tax considerations is advantageous
  
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and entrepreneurial drive
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
