Job Description

. Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities to meet revenue objectives.

. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth in existing and new markets.

. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

. Identify and establish partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and other potential referral sources to enhance the company's business pipeline.

. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement joint initiatives.

. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

. Use insights to recommend and develop innovative solutions to capture market opportunities.

. Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales tools, presentations, and marketing materials.

. Participate in product pitches, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.

. Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of insurance solutions.

. Provide feedback and insights from clients to inform product development and service enhancements.

. Regularly review key metrics and adjust strategies to achieve business targets.

. Interact with and build solid relationships with bankers and branch managers of our partners.

Job Requirements

. Relevant experience in the insurance, financial services sector or related industry.

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

. Knowledge of insurance products and the brokerage industry is highly preferred.
