Role Overview:
The purpose of the Regional Sales Professional (APAC) role is to drive financial growth by identifying, developing, and selling Learning and Leadership Development solutions across the Asia-Pacific region. This role focuses on building a robust pipeline through strategic business development, fostering key client and partner relationships, and navigating diverse regional markets. Acting as a consultative seller, the Regional Sales Professional will negotiate and close complex deals while leveraging deep expertise in L&D solutions tailored to Fortune 500 and regional enterprises.
Essential Duties and Responsiblites :
- Develop and execute regional sales action plans aligned with APAC market dynamics to achieve personal targets
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline across multiple APAC countries, ensuring alignment with regional growth objectives
- Develop and delivered customized presentations and proposals to clients
- Prepare comprehensive RFP responses and statements of work for regional clients
- Foster strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling
- Collaborate closely with consulting teams and other business units to leverage regional insights and create integrated solutions
- Represent the company at APAC-focused networking events, conferences, and industry forums
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM systems for all regional leads and opportunities.
- Handle administrative tasks efficiently while adapting to regional compliance and reporting requirements
- Perform additional duties as required to support APAC business growth
Skills/Experience:
- Proven success in consultative sales, partner management, or business development within diverse APAC markets
- At least 6 years of proven sales experience in a complex business environment with emphasis on consultative selling, and complex learning services to leading corporations
- Proficiency with sales enablement tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft CoPilot, Dynamics CRM, and HubSpot
- Established regional network and ability to leverage relationships across multiple APAC countries.
- Demonstrated capability to build and sustain business and partner relationships in the Learning & Development (L&D) space
- Deep understanding of L&D solutions, trends, and cultural nuances within APAC
- Experience selling L&D solutions to Fortune 100/500 clients and large regional enterprises
- High energy, results-driven, and adaptable to fast-changing regional market conditions
- Expertise in full life cycle sales from initial contact through to closure, including complex multi-country deals
- Strong business acumen and professionalism, with excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written) tailored to diverse audiences
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets and lead generation quotas
