Responsibilities
. Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for both new and existing institutional clients, managing the full relationship lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing engagement.
. Business Development: Proactively drive new business opportunities and expand existing relationships, tailoring your approach to meet client needs.
. Client Onboarding and Education: Conduct onboarding sessions to educate clients on product features and workflows, and address any technical queries.
. Reporting and Coordination: Prepare and present detailed reports on client activity to management, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams like Engineering, Product, QA, and Compliance.
Requirements
. Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related disciplines.
. Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or client servicing.
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
. Experience working with international or regional markets will be an advantage.
. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
. Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
. Basic knowledge of SQL or Python will be an added advantage.
