Job Description

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the salon's customer base, and identifying strategic partnerships. This role focuses on developing and executing marketing and sales strategies, improving client retention, and enhancing overall brand presence in the beauty and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and corporate accounts
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and membership programs
  • Collaborate with the operations team to optimise service offerings and pricing strategies
  • Analyse sales performance, customer trends, and market conditions to inform business decisions
  • Establish partnerships with influencers, brands, and complementary businesses (e.g., gyms, spas, bridal services)
  • Drive customer acquisition through both online and offline channels
  • Manage and improve customer retention strategies, including loyalty programs and packages
  • Oversee and optimise the salon's digital presence (social media, website, online listings)
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, KPIs, and business growth initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing (beauty or lifestyle industry preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the beauty salon industry and customer behaviour
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently

  • Revenue growth and monthly sales targets
