Responsible for business development for the company's futures trading business, including developing and maintaining high-quality clients, channels, KOLs, communities, affiliates, brokers, and institutional partners.
Develop and execute business strategies to drive futures user growth, trading volume, fee revenue, and channel partnerships.
Identify, approach, and follow up with potential partners, including business negotiation, cooperation proposal preparation, commission structure discussion, and deal execution.
Drive user conversion, activation, and retention for futures trading products.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, channel performance, and user needs, and provide business insights and improvement suggestions.
Work closely with Product, Operations, Marketing, Customer Support, and other internal teams to implement campaigns, rebate programs, user incentives, and futures promotion plans.
Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, improve partnership performance, and conduct regular data review and business reporting.
Complete other business development tasks assigned by the company or direct supervisor.
Job Requirements
Experience in Crypto, Web3, exchanges, or futures trading business is preferred.
Experience in business development, channel development, KOL partnerships, community resources, affiliate networks, or institutional client acquisition.
Strong business negotiation, relationship management, and result-oriented execution skills.
Good understanding of futures trading products, trader behavior, rebate models, and channel cooperation models.
Data-driven mindset, with the ability to review business performance based on trading volume, fee revenue, user conversion, and retention data.
Strong execution ability, resilience under pressure, and good cross-functional communication skills.
Good command of English or Chinese; additional language skills or overseas market coverage experience will be an advantage.
Candidates with crypto exchange, brokerage, fintech, KOL, or high-volume trader resources will be preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Existing resources in futures trading users, KOLs, communities, affiliates, brokers, or institutional clients.
Proven track record in increasing futures trading volume, fee revenue, or channel partnership performance.
Familiarity with the futures business models of major exchanges such as Binance, OKX, Bybit, Bitget, MEXC, or similar platforms.
Ability to independently develop market expansion plans and take ownership of business results.
