Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth within the food services sector in Singapore. This role combines strategic business development with hands-on account management, focusing on building strong partnerships and driving revenue across key food service clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the food services industry, including restaurants, hotels, catering companies, and institutional clients.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements, from product selection to delivery.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business development and account management, preferably within food services or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore food service market and customer dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience prior exposure to premium food products is a plus.
