Your new role

As the Business Development Manager, you will lead capitalraising efforts for a portfolio of U.S. realestate-focused investment funds across AsiaPacific, the Middle East, and Europe. This highvisibility role will see you developing new institutional relationships, expanding networks within sovereign wealth funds, pensions, insurers, and family offices, and managing the full fundraising lifecycle-from initial introductions to negotiation and successful commitment closing. You will collaborate closely with investment teams on fund deployment needs, guide the preparation of marketing materials, support investor due diligence, and play a central role in organising global roadshows and investor events. This is a rare opportunity to shape the growth trajectory of a rapidly expanding investment platform.

What you'll need to succeed

In order for you to succeed in this position, you will have:

• 8+ years of business development in the investment management industry
• Demonstrated ability to close large-scale institutional commitments
• Strong network across sovereign wealth funds, pensions, insurers, and family offices (optional, not a must have)
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial, driven, and comfortable operating in a highautonomy environment (hunter mindset)
