Job Summary
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the customer base of Eye V Optics. The role focuses on market development, sales strategy implementation, partnership building with healthcare and retail partners, and improving the company's optical product and service outreach.
The incumbent will drive revenue growth through business development initiatives, strategic collaborations, and marketing efforts while ensuring alignment with the company's overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand Eye V Optics market presence.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the optical and eyewear industry.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Explore potential collaborations with healthcare providers, corporate clients, and retail partners.
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
- Establish partnerships with optical distributors, suppliers, and retail outlets.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and strategic partners.
- Manage negotiations and agreements with business partners and corporate customers.
- Ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction across business accounts.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and business outreach initiatives.
- Support the development of marketing materials, partnership proposals, and promotional activities.
- Represent Eye V Optics at industry events, networking sessions, and trade exhibitions.
Business Performance Monitoring
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, partnerships, and market expansion.
- Prepare business development reports and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Analyse business data to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements.
Working Experience & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management.
- Experience in retail, healthcare, optical, or consumer products industry is an advantage.
