Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing client organizations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, managing day-to-day client interactions and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with prospects and clients to understand immediate, short-term, and long-term business goals.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within existing accounts and target segments.
  • Research and identify new and existing client opportunities within the assigned region.
  • Respond to client RFPs and prepare tailored proposals aligned with client requirements.
  • Develop and execute account plans in collaboration with country teams and regional stakeholders.
  • Manage and track business development pipelines and all client/prospect interactions using CRM tools.
  • Drive contract renewals, SLA preparation, and account expansion initiatives.
  • Collaborate with local, regional, and global cross-functional teams to share and improve best practices.
  • Handle client escalations, define operational processes, and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with clients and proactively recommend improvement solutions.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coach, guide, and support team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
