We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the energy and engineering sector. This role focuses on developing and growing opportunities across EPCC-Turnkey projects, Electromechanical Packages, Process & Environmental Analytical Systems, and Life Cycle Services solutions.
The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, leading proposals and tenders, and building long-term partnerships within the energy and infrastructure markets.
Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities within EPCC and Life Cycle Service sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Lead sales initiatives, including proposal preparation and tender submissions
Develop strategic partnerships and market expansion strategies
Collaborate closely with Engineering Design, Supply & Value Chain, and Project Execution teams to deliver tailored solutions
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Provide regular reporting to the Business Development Functional Head
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Proven experience in business development within the energy, EPCC, or related industries
Good understanding of EPCC-Turnkey projects, Electromechanical Packages, and/or Process & Environmental Analytical Systems
Experience in managing sales cycles, proposal development, and tender processes
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel as required
