The company provides specialized training courses under N.E.C. code 85409 with a focus on preschools and requires a candidate who can identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strategic partnerships with educational institutions, and design and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote EC STEM's innovative preschool training programs. The role demands strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proven track record in business development within the education or training sector while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and relevance of training offerings.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the preschool education sector.
2. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with preschools and educational institutions.
3. Design and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote EC STEM's training programs.
4. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and promotional materials to potential clients.
5. Negotiate partnership agreements and maintain strong client relationships.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to tailor training solutions to client needs.
7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and feedback to refine offerings.
8. Manage follow-ups and communications to ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
TECHNICAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
1. Comprehensive understanding of early childhood education frameworks, pedagogy, and STEM integration in preschool curricula.
2. Strategic business development and market expansion planning with a focus on the educational services sector.
3. Expertise in designing, promoting, and scaling specialized training programs tailored for preschools.
4. Advanced market intelligence capabilities, including competitive analysis, sector trend forecasting, and client segmentation.
5. Proficiency in developing persuasive proposals, high-impact presentations, and educational solution pitches to diverse stakeholders.
6. Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills, with experience cultivating long-term institutional partnerships.
7. Project management and cross-functional coordination, ensuring alignment between sales, curriculum development, and operational teams.
8. Data-driven performance monitoring and evaluation, including KPIs, training effectiveness metrics, and return-on-investment analysis.
Duration of Traineeship/Attachment Offered - 6 months
