BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Earnest Management Services Pte. Ltd., a real estate management company specializing in residential (other than town councils), commercial, and industrial properties (SSIC 68203), is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead market expansion and portfolio growth. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, securing property management contracts, building strong relationships with property owners, investors, and developers, conducting market research, and developing strategic partnerships to strengthen the company's presence in Singapore's real estate market, requiring a proactive professional with strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills and a proven track record in business development within the real estate or property management sector.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Plan and organize targeted sales and marketing programmes for residential, commercial, and industrial property management services based on client acquisition data, market trends, and competitor analysis within Singapore's real estate sector.

2. Develop and manage pricing structures, management fee packages, contract terms, promotional offers, and client incentive programmes for property owners, landlords, MCSTs, and developers.

3. Establish and oversee operational and administrative procedures for client onboarding, contract management, service delivery coordination, and performance reporting for managed properties.

4. Lead, supervise, and motivate the business development and leasing support teams to achieve portfolio growth and revenue targets.

5. Prepare and manage annual business development budgets, control marketing and promotional expenditure, and ensure cost-effective use of company resources.

6.Represent Earnest Management Services Pte. Ltd. at property exhibitions, real estate networking events, developer briefings, and industry conventions to strengthen brand presence and secure new management contracts.

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

1. Strong knowledge of Singapore's residential, commercial, and industrial property management market

2. Expertise in business development, client acquisition, and contract negotiation within the real estate sector

3. Ability to prepare business proposals, management fee structures, and service agreements

4. Proficiency in market research, feasibility studies, and competitive analysis

5. Experience in developing sales and marketing strategies for property management services

6. Strong financial acumen in pricing, budgeting, and cost control

7. Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and property management software

8. Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in Singapore's real estate industry

9. Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Duration of Traineeship/Attachment Offered - 6 months
