Role Description:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role focuses on expanding market presence, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting the organization's overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities.
