We are partnering with a globally recognised leader in crisis and risk management, trusted by Fortune 500 companies, international NGOs, government agencies, and leading organisations worldwide. With an end-to-end suite of solutions spanning travel risk management, critical event management, risk intelligence & analysis, global security assistance, mass notification, and medical evacuation, the business operates at the intersection of technology, intelligence, and on-the-ground operational expertise. Due to rapid expansion plans across APAC, they are now looking for a commercially driven Business Development professional to join the APAC team.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Director, this is a high-impact, new business focused role responsible for driving new logo acquisition and revenue growth across Singapore and the broader APAC region. You will identify, qualify, and develop enterprise-level opportunities across a diverse range of target sectors including corporate, insurance, healthcare, government, travel, and security, building and managing a strong pipeline through proactive outreach and strategic territory planning. The role involves leading the full commercial cycle from initial engagement and solution design through to client presentations, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.

Beyond direct sales, you will play an active role in strengthening market visibility by representing the organisation at industry conferences and networking events, monitoring competitive activity and emerging risk trends, and contributing to the broader APAC commercial strategy and expansion agenda.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is someone with minimum 6 - 10 years of Business Development, Enterprise Sales, and/or Account Management experience, with a proven track record in new business generation and consistently exceeding revenue targets. You will need to demonstrate experience in complex, consultative solution selling to corporate clients, and be comfortable engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders.

Candidates are welcome from a broad range of industries including B2B Technology, SaaS, Insurance, Consulting, Professional Services, Healthcare, or any sector with enterprise-level solution sales exposure — prior experience in risk management or security is not required, though familiarity with the space will be an advantage. Willingness to travel across the APAC region is required.
