Business Development Manager

Digmarit Agency is a global performance marketing agency specializing in user acquisition and audience growth across the APAC region. We partner with fintech platforms, digital asset projects, and digital entertainment brands to drive scalable regional growth.

We are expanding across Asia and looking for an experienced, results-driven partnerships leader to join our international team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale affiliate and content growth functions across key APAC markets — Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, and Southeast Asia.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle: from sourcing and influencer outreach to negotiating performance-based structures including cost-per-action, revenue share, and hybrid models.
• Evaluate partner quality and campaign performance with a focus on retention, engagement, and long-term user value.
• Drive audience growth for digital platforms through localized acquisition strategies tailored to each region.
• Use Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, and performance dashboards to track conversion funnels and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with SEO, content, and operations teams to align growth initiatives with business outcomes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate partnerships, commercial growth, or user acquisition within Fintech, Digital Assets, or Digital Entertainment.
• Native or bilingual Hindi and fluent English — essential for regional stakeholder communication.
• Proven track record of scaling partnerships across multiple regions in Asia.
• Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar CRM and analytics tools.

Nice to have: established network across Asian business, media, and influencer communities; experience with localization for digital platforms.
