Job Description

As part of its aggressive growth strategy over the next 5 years, DEI is seeking an astute professional with a proven track record of demonstrating business acumen in preferably a related industry. This role will be reporting directly to the Global Business Development team internationally to drive both qualitative and quantitative growth within the Far East region, in line with the company's international standards, processes, and policies.

The Remuneration for this role includes both a fixed monthly salary and an incentive commission structure, payable on an annual basis.


New Business Growth:

  • Identify potential partnerships with theme parks, attractions, and resorts
  • Develop and execute sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate, close, and integrate contract requirements with business operations
  • Maintain a high awareness and understanding of the market and the competition
  • Provide timely reports and updates to the line manager as required

Contract Renewal / Account Servicing:

  • Sustain rapport with senior management in partner organizations and anticipate new opportunities
  • Work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure project completion
  • Strengthen and develop existing partnerships within the company's portfolio
  • Identify and maximize revenue opportunities by implementing new photography initiatives
  • Provide timely reports and updates to the line manager as required

Skill Set:

  • Strong written and oral communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Assertive, yet pleasant disposition and attitude
  • A passion for sales and a drive to succeed
  • Strategic intuitive skills with the capability to handle multiple tasks/projects
  • Enthusiastic about working in an ever-evolving, fast-growing environment
  • Fluent in English Mandarin is a plus

Education & Qualification:

  • Graduate with 10 years proven track record in business development/sales
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in the hospitality & banking industry is a plus


  • Should be willing to travel extensively within the region whenever the need arises.


  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
