Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and self-sufficient Training Sales expert to join our team in Singapore. This individual will be responsible for generating and managing sales of training and learning solutions, with a focus on the corporate and executive segment. The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, agile, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilitie
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned sales targets for training programmes and learning solutions
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and training offerings to prospective clients, including senior-level stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, client needs, and the competitive landscape
- Manage end-to-end project coordination for training engagements, ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on learning and development needs
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including delivery, design, and operations
- Respond swiftly and decisively to shifting client needs and market dynamics, demonstrating sound judgment under pressure
- Support marketing efforts and contribute to brand positioning of training offerings where relevant

Key requirement
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training sales, learning solutions sales, or a related commercial role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targes
- Strong understanding of the Professional Training Landscape in Singapore; knowledge of corporate or executive training is a distinct advantage
- Proficient in preparing high-quality sales proposals and client-facing documentation
- Experience conducting market research and translating insights into actionable sales strategies
- Background or familiarity with marketing principles is an advantage but not required
- Domain expertise in a specific subject matter is not required
