We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to grow our corporate office fit-out business in Singapore. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident in engaging decision-makers, and experienced in managing end-to-end client relationships within the corporate office environment.
You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and coordinating internal teams to secure and deliver successful projects.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and outreach to potential corporate clients
Engage businesses to understand their office fitting-out plans and upcoming projects
Develop new lead channels through partnerships with real estate agents, building management teams, and related stakeholders
Manage and grow client accounts, acting as the main point of contact for office fit-out requirements
Coordinate closely with internal teams including designers, quantity surveyors, and project managers to secure and close deals
Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
Diploma or higher qualification
3-5 years of relevant business development experience in the corporate office / office fit-out industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record in managing and closing business accounts
Self-motivated, focused, and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
