Business Development Manager - Cooling

Responsibilities

• Identify and initiate new business opportunities while creating value for stakeholders. Stay informed on technology trends and translate insights into actionable reports. Oversee the complete innovation process, collaborating with both internal and external partners from strategy and ideation through to business planning. Cultivate and enhance relationships with key clients and stakeholders within the energy sector. Develop and refine business models, including organizational development and operational changes. Manage project budgets and financial assessments. Support regional markets in cooling service initiatives as part of a central team.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technological field, coupled with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. A Master's degree in business is a plus. Strong understanding of technology trends and innovation in cooling systems, along with industry best practices. Proven track record of driving energy transition projects and securing contracts within the cooling sector. Sound commercial acumen with competencies in financial modeling and payback period analysis. Demonstrated passion for new technologies and sustainability, along with the ability to assess their efficacy. Proficiency in project management, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and interpersonal communication. Familiarity with service-based business models and best practice processes in the cooling industry. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and autonomously when necessary. Overseas travel may be required.
