Job Description

Job Scope:

1. Oversee daily business operations and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

2. Develop and manage sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's services and expand client channels.

3. Build and maintain relationships with partners, clients, and institutional stakeholders.

4. Conduct market research and feasibility studies to support management decisions.

5. Supervise project cost control and budgeting processes to optimize resource allocation.

6. Manage a small team, providing training, performance evaluation, and workflow guidance.

7. Support management in preparing business proposals, project documentation, and operational reports.

8. Participate in cross-border coordination between the Singapore office and overseas branches to align business development efforts.


Requirements:

. Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Business Development / Sales / Partnerships, preferably in corporate services, cross-border business setup, HR/immigration, or adjacent professional services.

. China market: Deep familiarity with Mainland China market dynamics (clients, channels, compliance basics), with a proven track record of developing B2B channels in China.

. Travel: Willing and able to travel frequently across multiple Mainland China cities (e.g., 30-50% travel or as business requires) able to manage remote pipelines across time zones.

. Language: Fluent Mandarin and proficient English (written & spoken) for client meetings, proposals, and cross-border coordination.

. Commercial skills: Strong pipeline building, negotiation, and closing skills comfortable with targets/KPIs and CRM-driven workflow.

. Stakeholder management: Ability to build and manage partner networks (law/accounting firms, banks/fintech, accelerators, channels) and maintain senior-level relationships.

. Research & analytics: Solid market research capability and financial/feasibility analysis to support management decisions.

. Process & documentation: Strong proposal writing, presentation, and documentation skills able to coordinate end-to-end project execution with internal teams.

. Compliance awareness: Working understanding of Singapore corporate/immigration basics (e.g., MOM/EP/S Pass, ACRA/IRAS fundamentals) and data protection good practices (PDPA).

. Bonus (nice-to-have): Existing China channel resources experience running roadshows/webinars familiarity with WeChat/Chinese B2B channels ability to obtain/hold PRC visa when needed.
