Job Summary / Purpose:

Drive new business growth by owning the full sales cycle, developing commercial proposals with costing, delivering strong client presentations, and ensuring internal alignment on feasibility and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen (costing, pricing, margins)

  • Advanced PowerPoint and storytelling capability

  • Solid B2B sales and pipeline management discipline

  • Ability to understand technical/manufacturing solutions

  • Drive profitable growth by owning pricing and costing

  • Setting and managing BD sales and travel budgets with a strong focus on ROI and commercial impact

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent

  • Proven track record in winning new customers

  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or related sectors

  • Exposure to complex, solution-based sales
