Objective
To drive project acquisitions, strengthen client relationships, and leverage existing workforce capabilities to submit competitive bids A&A, and finishing works.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue relevant tenders and project opportunities from main contractors, developers, and government agencies .
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including project directors, procurement heads, and consultants.
Lead end-to-end tender management: prepare proposals, develop cost estimates, and submit competitive bids.
Negotiate commercial terms and pricing oversee contract award and seamless transition to the operations team.
Conduct market analysis to pinpoint high-margin project types and emerging opportunities.
Coordinate with operations and HR teams to ensure bids accurately reflect current manpower capacity and upskilling plans.
Maintain tender records and conduct post-bid reviews to enhance win rates.
Experience & Skills
5-10 years of experience in construction business development, sales, or tender management within Singapore.
Proven track record in securing projects across both private and public sectors.
Strong network within Singapore's construction industry (main contractors, developers, subcontractors).
Sound knowledge of BCA tendering, GeBIZ, and standard contract documents.
Strong commercial acumen, estimating, and negotiation skills.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation abilities.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
Familiarity with Singapore building codes and safety regulations (e.g., BCA, MOM) is an advantage.
Additional Information
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
Willing to attend site meetings and tender briefings.
