Lead and manage the entire sales cycle for intelligent electronics, robotics, automation solutions, and medical devices, from initial engagement to closing and post-sales support, including contract negotiation and payment follow-up.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and end-users.
Provide technical consultation on hardware, software, and integrated solutions to demonstrate the value of products.
Identify new business opportunities, leveraging market knowledge and industry connections to expand the customer base.
Tailor solutions to meet client-specific requirements, ensuring optimal satisfaction and performance.
Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and project information to provide strategic insights for business development.
Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, product management, marketing, implementation) to ensure alignment and delivery of solutions.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase capabilities and benefits.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status; prepare forecasts and reports for senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales in intelligent electronics, robotics, automation, or medical industries.
Experience in solution-based, managing complex sales cycles, and meeting high-value targets.
Strong understanding of intelligent electronics, automation, robotics, or medical devices and their applications.
Proven track record of business development and client acquisition, including strategic account management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills at all levels of the client organization.
Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple accounts, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
