Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire sales cycle for intelligent electronics, robotics, automation solutions, and medical devices, from initial engagement to closing and post-sales support, including contract negotiation and payment follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and end-users.
  • Provide technical consultation on hardware, software, and integrated solutions to demonstrate the value of products.
  • Identify new business opportunities, leveraging market knowledge and industry connections to expand the customer base.
  • Tailor solutions to meet client-specific requirements, ensuring optimal satisfaction and performance.
  • Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and project information to provide strategic insights for business development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, product management, marketing, implementation) to ensure alignment and delivery of solutions.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase capabilities and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status; prepare forecasts and reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales in intelligent electronics, robotics, automation, or medical industries.
  • Experience in solution-based, managing complex sales cycles, and meeting high-value targets.
  • Strong understanding of intelligent electronics, automation, robotics, or medical devices and their applications.
  • Proven track record of business development and client acquisition, including strategic account management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills at all levels of the client organization.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple accounts, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
