The Role: Strategic Sales and Account Growth
This role is centered on driving aggressive sales growth and expanding market presence within a defined territory or industry vertical. The rep will be responsible for identifying high-value accounts, developing long-term strategic relationships, and leading both direct sales efforts and partner-driven initiatives to accelerate customer adoption of complex cloud solutions
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets by aggressively pursuing new business and expanding market footprint
- Identify and strategically target key accounts within the defined territory or industry vertical
- Drive customer satisfaction and adoption, manage complex contract negotiations, and develop long-term strategic relationships
- Coordinate internal resources (sales, solutions, service) and manage partner resources to meet performance and delivery objectives
- Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with partners to extend market reach and drive solution adoption
- Lead efforts for localized solution development to ensure offerings precisely meet customer needs, in coordination with partners
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of business development or technical sales experience in the public cloud space
- Experience in developing and selling solutions related to ICT technologies and cloud-native architectures
- Proven experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and successfully closing large-scale IT and public cloud deals
- Experience with effectively positioning and selling cloud and big data technology into new customer segments and new markets
- Strong communication skills, a collaborative team spirit, and a proactive, results-driven attitude
