The Business Development Manager focuses on generating new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships primarily through telemarketing, emails, and virtual meetings. This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable with phone-based sales and lead generation for manpower outsourcing and cleaning services.
Business Development & Lead Generation
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to potential clients
Introduce the company's manpower outsourcing and cleaning services
Generate leads and schedule appointments for follow-up by the sales or operations team
Follow up on enquiries to nurture potential business opportunities
Client Relationship Support
Maintain basic communication with existing and potential clients
Understand client needs and relay information to the operations team
Ensure smooth handover of leads to the operations team for service fulfillment
Sales & Reporting
Update CRM with call outcomes, client details, and follow-up actions
Prepare simple proposals or quotations using company templates if needed
Support the sales team in tracking KPIs and reporting results
Diploma or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required
Comfortable with cold calling and virtual client interactions
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Basic computer skills (Excel, email, CRM systems)
