BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Cheng Jun Consulting Pte. Ltd., a company providing management consultancy services, is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities that support the company's growth and client expansion. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for conducting market research, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients and partners, preparing business proposals, and supporting the development of strategic partnerships. The role also involves analyzing market trends, coordinating with the management team to promote the company's consultancy services, and contributing to the achievement of the company's business development objectives within the consultancy industry.

Specific Responsibilities

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients for consultancy services.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

3. Conduct market research and analyze trends to support strategic business decisions.

4. Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients.

5. Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's client base and service offerings.

6. Monitor and report on business development performance, including opportunities, pipelines, and outcomes.

7. Support partnership development and collaboration initiatives to strengthen market presence.
