Business Development Manager - Blockchain Industry

Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the blockchain and crypto industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Develop strategic partnerships to expand company market presence
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business trends
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and negotiations
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, product, and operations
- Attend industry events, networking sessions, and conferences
- Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in blockchain, fintech, crypto, or technology industry
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and Web3 ecosystem
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong networking and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in English additional languages will be an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network within blockchain or crypto industry
- Experience in exchange, wallet, payment, or Web3 projects
- Familiarity with global markets and partnerships
