Job Description

A Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving business growth in the tailoring, dressmaking, and home furnishings market. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer and partner relationships, and developing strategies to enhance sales and brand visibility.

Specific Responsibilities
It includes the following:

1.Develop strategic business plans - Formulate and implement strategies to enhance the company's presence in the tailoring, dressmaking, and home furnishing markets.

2.Identify and explore growth opportunities - Research and analyze market trends to identify new customer segments and potential business partnerships.

3.Build and maintain client relationships - Provide personalized service to customers, understand their preferences, and ensure customer satisfaction through quality craftsmanship and timely delivery.

4.Collaborate with management on sales and marketing initiatives - Work closely with the Director to design promotional campaigns, manage social media presence, and strengthen brand visibility.

5.Represent the company at trade fairs and exhibitions - Showcase tailoring expertise and home furnishing products at industry events to attract potential clients and partners.

6.Manage product presentation and sales - Prepare visual displays and presentations that highlight the quality, design, and uniqueness of our tailoring services and furnishings.

7.Monitor sales performance and prepare reports - Track customer feedback, sales results, and inventory trends to provide insights for continuous business improvement.
