Role Overview
Main purpose of the role: To lead strategic growth initiatives and expand market presence through proactive business development, strategic partnerships, and prospect/client relationship management.
Top 3 key responsibilities:
- Craft and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Meet prospects/clients, consult with them on their needs, and position CARMA services accordingly (consultative selling).
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and market expansion efforts.
Candidate Requirements
- Required qualifications / certifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration/communications
- Years of experience required: 2-3 years of experience in business development/communications (combined)
- Key technical or functional skills: Excellent command of English, excellent report writing and presentation skills, good understanding of PR & Communications, and their measurement best practices
- Soft skills / personality traits preferred: Adaptable, creative, communicative, realistically optimistic, persuasive, possesses leadership qualities
- Languages required: English, Mandarin (bonus)
- Preferred industry background (if any): PR & communications
- Working style of the team: Fast-paced, collaborative, independent, proactive
