Business Development Manager

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above Fluency in English and Mandarin (preferable) both verbal and written

2. At least 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain industry

3. Able to work with or adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic and ever-changing environment

4. Proven track record in developing customer base and growing the revenue

5. Strong understanding customer supply chain requirements and models, identifying the further opportunities and add value

6. Extensive customer network in one or more industry verticals

Job Description:

1. Explore and identify the needs of target customers in logistics & supply chain services, and promoting business opportunities of the entire industry chain

2. Work with management to develop short- and long-term business plans to ensure pipeline of prospects is developed and managed in-line with the company's direction, annual sales target, revenue and vertical growth

3. To build and maintain long term relationship with Key Accounts

4. Take care of the whole business life cycle

5. To provide senior management with relevant, quantified and clear information relating to market development at country or regional level, etc.
