Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Play a critical role in sales evaluation and portfolio management within the building construction and engineering.
  2. Conduct market research to identify and assess new sales opportunities.
  3. Develop sales strategies in partnership with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  4. Prepare sales quotations and support the full due-diligence process, ensuring all relevant factors are thoroughly evaluated.
  5. Manage sales projects and collaborate closely with stakeholders to design effective sales structures.
  6. Assess business opportunities by building sales models and performing valuation analyses.
  7. Monitor and manage the performance of existing portfolio companies to ensure alignment with sales growth targets.
  8. Collect, update, and analyze data perform sales modelling and track model accuracy by comparing projections with actual outcomes.
  9. Work closely with project, operations, and finance teams to achieve shared sales goals.
  10. Oversee timely and professional collection of customer payments, maintaining accurate and up to date transaction records.
  11. Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  12. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, designers, and contractors to secure repeat business and referrals.
