About the Role:


Our client are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join a leading professional services firm in Singapore. The role focuses on driving business growth by developing and managing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering tailored outsourcing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers.
  • Conduct consultative sales engagements, including solution presentations, product demonstrations, and value proposition discussions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver outsourcing solutions that meet client needs.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations, manage contract negotiations, and oversee renewals.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals.
  • Solid understanding of BPO service offerings (e.g., customer service, technical support, back-office operations).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and strategic thinker.
