Responsibilities
. Responsible for the sales, revenue and contribution margin targets for original parts, accessories, chemicals and lifestyle products for BMW & MINI in APAC region.
. Responsible for the definition of the Customer Support strategy, the strategic initiatives and measures of the market.
. Analyse the area of accessories, parts and lifestyle, identify potentials and derive marketing measures for short-term and long-term goals.
. Implement Showroom Concept in Markets together with dealer development and dealers.
. Budget planning and controlling.
. Dealer visits with focus on main markets together with Area Manager.
. Regular reporting of the activities
Main Activities
1.Aftersales Marketing
. Develop and implement marketing measures and activities for the yearly marketing calendar that aims to improve customer satisfaction, service retention and achieve the turnover and profit results.
. Consistent measurement of planned marketing activities against marketing goals.
. Identify, develop and implement marketing activities with area managers and markets to support the achievement of parts sales target, customer satisfaction and service retention.
2.Business Development
. To propose and strategize the short-term and long-terms goals with Aftersales Director and Parts Manager in order to achieve turnover and profit results for BMW & MINI in APAC region.
. Identify and evaluate potentials in new business area and derive marketing measures & activities.
. Identify potential sales channels and activities with area managers and markets to achieve the turnover and profit results.
. Work closely with business to identify, evaluate and steer the implementation of new products offers / projects together with Parts Manager & Area Managers that aims to improve customer satisfaction, service retention and achieve turnover and profit results.
. Support Accessories Sales Managers, Field Force Aftersales Marketing and Aftersales Marketing Specialist at markets to identify potentials and increase revenue in parts, accessories and lifestyle business.
. Provides input and directions to dealers on concept development for aftersales activities.
. Communicates new products and product information to markets.
. Development and implementation of projects at the point of sale to increase customer satisfaction
. Identify and implement potential products offers / packages such as Service Inclusive, Value Service Package and Body & Paint that aim to improve service retention and achieve the turnover and profit for the region.
. Creation and interpretation of business segment analyses for parts as well as analysis of current customer consumption behavior to derive potential development measures
. Establish measures and activities that assist the markets / dealers in improving the body and paint business.
. Develop and establish the aftersales CRM system / customer lifecycle management & measures to improve customer loyalty / retention and parts turnover.
3.Marketing Budget
. To propose and allocate marketing budget (marketing support for dealers, incentives, goodwill, warranty hub) with Aftersales Director for all markets and dealers.
. To control and monitor the marketing budget.
. Compliance to the provided marketing budgets for each markets, dealers and activities.
. Manage and monitor dealers market support request and reimbursement process.
. To coordinate with Finance for reporting templates.
4.Dealer Coaching
. To guide and provide training for the aftersales marketing responsible personnel or new hires in the markets / dealership with the necessary skills and knowledge on the aftersales CI requirements for the respective brand and aftersales marketing.
5.Conference and Dealer Activities
. To plan, organize the annual BMW Group Asia Aftersales Conference and/or Aftersales workshops for the region.
. To plan, organize and coordinate the region incentive programs / trips.
6.Other Business Units
. New Car Product:
o To liaise, coordinate and support the new car product team in identifying and proposing suitable accessories for edition cars or display cars during event in the markets / dealership.
o Together with the area manages, plan and propose the ideal layout, showroom concept and communication materials for the aftersales area in the showroom.
7.Business Reporting / Communication
. Consolidate, prepare and submit best practices to BMW AG and markets.
. Informs, prepares and enables aftersales information exchanges through quarterly newsletter for the markets.
8.Others
. Communicates new and promotional products for internal staff purchases.
