Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle (lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closure)
  • Achieve and exceed revenue and profitability targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts
  • Understand client needs and propose customized solutions
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and expansion plans
  • Identify industry trends and new revenue streams
  • Prepare business proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and presentations
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements
  • Work closely with delivery, HR, and operations teams to ensure successful execution
