Job Summary
Drive revenue growth and strategic partnerships as a Business Development Manager cum Alliance Manager by hunting new business, managing technology alliances, and collaborating on go-to-market strategies with key partners.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries to expand market presence
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, pitching, proposal development, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth
- Manage and grow relationships with key technology partners such as Microsoft (Azure, Fabric, Power BI), AWS, IBM (Watsonx, Cognos), Snowflake, and other strategic platforms
- Identify and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) opportunities with partners to maximize collaboration impact
- Coordinate partner-led leads, co-selling efforts, and joint marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness
- Ensure alignment with partner programs, certifications, and incentives to optimize partnership benefits
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop solution positioning and GTM strategies that resonate with client needs
- Work with marketing teams to plan and execute events, campaigns, and partner initiatives to enhance market reach
- Represent JCO Analytics at partner events, networking sessions, and industry engagements to build brand presence
- Engage both business and technical stakeholders to understand client needs and map them to JCO's solutions
- Position offerings including Data Platform & Lakehouse solutions, AI/GenAI & Advanced Analytics, Cloud Migration & Modernisation, and Business Process Automation to clients
- Drive co-sell opportunities with partners to increase joint revenue streams
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize account growth
- Track and report on sales pipeline, partner contributions, and revenue performance to measure success and inform strategy
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working in a System Integrator (SI), consulting, or technology vendor environment
- Exposure to partner ecosystems such as Microsoft, AWS, and IBM
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Azure ecosystem
- Familiarity with AWS, Snowflake, and IBM solutions
- Experience in co-selling with principals or vendors
- Existing network within Singapore enterprise or public sector
