About the Role
We are seeking a driven and motivated Business Development Manager to support our expansion in Mongolia. Reporting to the Singapore headquarters, you will be responsible for leading our Mongolian team to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Mongolia
Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
Conduct market research and provide insights on industry trends and competitors
Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve growth targets
Collaborate closely with HQ in Singapore to align business strategies
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
Monitor and report on sales performance and market developments
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or have at least 10 years of relevant experience in managing the sales team
Able to communicate with our Chinese speaking Director, based in Mongolia
Strong understanding of the Mongolian market is an advantage, but not necessary
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, independent, and able to work in a remote environment
Willingness to travel within Mongolia as required
