Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for acquiring high-value clients Join our Priority Banking team as a Client Acquisition Manager and be at the forefront of our growth.

In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in proactively acquiring new Priority clients. You will leverage a multi-channel approach-from networking events and roadshows to strategic partnerships-to engage affluent individuals and present our comprehensive suite of retail and priority products. Your success will be driven by your ability to build strong relationships, both internally and externally, and your keen understanding of the market to effectively differentiate our offerings.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with at least 4 years of banking experience and a proven sales track record. Responsibilities

  • Acquire new Priority Banking clients, focusing on individuals with high potential for sign-ups.
  • Offer a broad range of retail and priority products, including credit cards and insurance solutions.
  • Build strong referral networks through partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders such as property agents and brokers.
  • Engage affluent and mass-market clients via marketing campaigns, mortgage enquiries, employee banking events, networking sessions, and roadshows.
  • Participate in off-office and weekend activities as required for client engagement initiatives.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and provide regular insights to enhance product positioning.
  • Uphold the organisation's values and code of conduct, ensuring compliance with regulatory and business standards.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance issues effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of banking experience.
  • Proven track record in B2B and B2C sales or client acquisition is preferred.
  • Highly results-driven, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage clients confidently.
  • University degree in any discipline
