Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Develop and maintain strong relationships with the bank's management and sales teams to establish effective bancassurance partnerships.
• Sales Strategy: Create and execute sales strategies to achieve insurance sales targets and objectives within the banking channels.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Ensure bank staff are well-informed about insurance offerings.
• Training and Development: Train and educate bank staff on insurance products, sales techniques, and best practices.
• Market Research: Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities and risks. Provide regular market feedback to improve product offerings.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to bancassurance activities.
• Sales Performance: Analyze sales data, key performance indicators, and metrics to assess performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve sales goals.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on bancassurance performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline
• 3 - 5 years relevant bancassurance experience
• CMFAS (Module 5, 9, 9A, HI) preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Good stakeholders management skills
