Responsibilities
. Develop and execute new business development strategies across Singapore and APAC
. Identify, prospect and convert new business opportunities into long-term clients
. Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through to negotiation and closing
. Build and maintain a strong self-generated pipeline of new opportunities
. Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and commercial solutions to prospective clients
. Engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers across client organisations
. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and strong client outcomes
. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities
Requirements
. Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering or related discipline
. Strong experience in B2B sales within pharmaceutical and laboratory-related industry
. Proven track record in pure new business development (hunter role)
. Demonstrated ability to consistently generate own pipeline through outbound prospecting
. Strong track record of closing new business in environments with longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
. Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers in B2B context
. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
