Job Summary

Drive business growth by developing and executing strategic plans, identifying new opportunities, and promoting banking solutions to expand Axisoft's presence in the financial sector regionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet company revenue targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Axisoft's market presence in the regional financial sector
• Market and promote banking solutions and professional services to increase sales and revenue
• Build and sustain strong client relationships within the banking and financial industry to enhance customer loyalty and retention
• Collaborate with the executive team to ensure business development activities align with overall company goals and strategies

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree holder or above in Business, Engineering, or related disciplines
• 5+ years of experience selling IT solutions in the region
• Knowledge or experience in Wealth Management or Banking operations is advantageous
• Strong business acumen with a focus on driving results
• Demonstrated commitment, accountability, and self-motivation to deliver high-quality work
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders
