Job Description


  • Strategise branding positions with Marketing
  • Planning product line-up & unique selling points (USP) of all car models
  • Identify & evaluate areas of improvements for Sales Department
  • Reviewing & improving showrooms to enhance retail experience
  • Planning & recruiting manpower requirements
  • Setting price, promotions and plans to increase both sales volumes & contributions
  • Monitoring and coaching to ensure Financing and Insurance and Trade In penetration targets are met.
  • Ascertain, review and implement Sales Incentives/commissions for Sales Consultants
  • Strategise & monitor sales & contributions progress to meet Financial Year (FY) targets
  • Manage stock inventory & improve stock turnover
  • Monitor market conditions and competitor activities and products, analysis and recommend strategies to counteract to improve sales
  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback, compliments and complaints to improve customer's experience
  • Provide coaching and feedback to help improve selling skills and customer service
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure repeat business


  • 5 years of related working experience, preferably with strong automotive sales records and possesses strong sales flair
  • Strong Leadership and Sales management skill.
