BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

The Business Development Manager drives company growth in the FMCG sector. The role focuses on expanding business opportunities in product testing, certification, and regulatory compliance consultancy. Responsibilities include identifying new markets, maintaining client relationships, and building partnerships with food, health supplement, and packaging manufacturers. The position ensures client needs are met with safe, high-quality, and compliant product solutions that support ARTICLE 6 PTE. LTD.s mission.

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the FMCG sector, focusing on product testing, certification and compliance consultancy.

2. Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities and emerging client needs.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the food, health supplement, and packaging industries.

4. Develop strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand the company's service reach.

5. Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and quotations tailored to client requirements.

6. Ensure client projects meet relevant safety, quality, and compliance standards.

7. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.

8. Monitor client satisfaction and ensure timely delivery of consultancy and testing services.

9. Develop marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

10. Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts to support business decisions.

11. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.

12. Support the company's mission to help clients bring safe, high-quality and compliant products to market.
